It's not really looking a lot like winter out there at the moment, although it is *COLD*. Right now the temperature outside is sitting on 30 degrees F, which is not really all that cold unless you do like we did last night and run out of heating fuel and have to go all night without any heat in the house. brrrrr. Thankfully with the warmer temperatures out there the temperature in the house did not drop much below 60 overnight and I was able to get it back up to 64 using the oven this morning while my brother brought us more heating fuel.
Outside the snow is half gone though and earlier I was thinking I should get out my ice skates and skate on the drive rather than try walking on it. Between the melting the other day and the rain we had some earlier this week it is downright dangerous to walk out across the yard.
