Picture reps for characters

I've been looking around the internet for pictures that can be used as picture reps for the characters in my novel. I of course immediately got lost looking at Lord of the Rings pictures. ::shakes head:: Now I want to get out my DVDs and watch them all over again. So bad.

I do need to find some good picture reps for my characters though, that way I can better recall just what they are supposed to look like. Another thought would be using something like Poser to just create what they look like. That could work I suppose. Then I would have a good visual representation that I could shift and change as the character changes, huh? I like that idea.
