The iPhone was set to have come out today, do you have one yet? I was watching a demonstration for one on TV last night and they seemed to have a flaw in that if you are not on the right system they can be rather slow, but they looked really kewl otherwise.
I was writing up a post for them for my main blog on my website and discovered that there is even an iPhone for Dummies book out already. So now you don't have to worry that you could never learn to use one.
Steve Jobs predicted back in January when he announced the iPhone that sales would hit 10 million by the end of 2008. It will be interesting to see if he makes it. I'm sure that sales of at least gizmo's to go with the iPhone and books on how to use it will hit 10 million by then.
There are already several books out that are ready to help you make the most of that new technotoy. Maybe you classify more as an idiot than a dummy? They have that book out too - in the pocket size.
So, whatever your level of skill and technosavvy, you can find a good book on the iPhone even if you can't yet get through the lines to buy one of them before they run out of them and have to make more.
I know I want an iPhone, but if I can manage it I know it will at the earliest be toward the end of 2008 before I can add my purchase to Steve Jobs' prediction. Until then, we can always see what's going on with the Blackberrys that we could never afford before. Huh? They might just be dropping in price fast now what the iPhone is out and about charming all the technogeeks.
