Paris Hilton released early, was it because jail is no Hilton hotel?

:::shaking head::: It seems that Paris Hilton only had to spend 3 days in prison. I've been fairly well ignoring the situation, but this is just ridiculous.

There is apparently, according to Rolling Stone's Rock & Roll Daily (who says she served 5 days not 3), some kind of medical condition behind the early release to house arrest instead of jail time.

I will refrain from saying anything about snapped off false nails being a medical condition and just say that I can't believe that the papered "must have private cell, can't be let near other inmates, needs to go home early" princess is not the type of role model that I want for my nieces.
