Okay, so maybe they are not exactly elves waving, but there seems to have been some ELF waves detected there. ELF being extra low frequency waves.The ELF waves were detected by the Huygens Atmosphere Structure Instrument (HASI). The purpose of the HASI, which was supplied by the European Space Agency, is to measure the physical and electrical properties of Titan's atmosphere.
