I overslept this morning. I wanted to get up around 4, slept through that alarm. Next alarm was set for 6. Have to disable that snooze button. Even with the clock across the room I would hit snooze and then fall back into bed.

I guess the answer is to get more sleep at night, but that seems to be harder than anything else. I have tried going to bed at 8pm and while that has some mixed results, it usually only means I have to wake up every 30 minutes to an hour for the next six to eight hours. Not the way to get rest. It leaves me sluggish and half asleep the next day and then it all starts over again.
