Nothing important - just my day so far

Went into town earlier to take my dad to see his doctor. Everything is good, he's got to be put back on the cholesterol medication but other than his cholesterol being a little high everything looked good.

After leaving the doctor's office we stopped in at Carl's JR and got some of their shakes - I haven't been to a Carl's JR in years... I think that was one of the places we went to back 30-something years ago, but I'm not positive. I know I ain't been to one in at least 20+ years. Decent shakes, but then I did not get to try the chocolate one I got until half an hour later when we got home finally. My sister says they have really good orange shakes, got one of them for my mom.

Then we went over and got sandwiches at Arby's and headed home. Now I get to stay up the rest of the night and catch up on the work and stuff that I blew off when I went to my dad's doctor's appointment with him.
