Who has time for rest?

It is completely evil that anything as miserable as this cold or flu or whatever I have should last for a week. I suppose it is sorta my fault, one of my friends told me that I am not going to get better until I stop forcing myself to keep going, that I need to curl up and let myself be sick and I'll get better, but there's just no time to be sick. I'd love to have the luxury of being able to ignore what's going on around me for a full day, but so far I have not found the time to be able to do that in at least six years if not longer. So, I guess I work at half steam until I can be over the sickies and back up to full steam. I may loose some extra ground that way, but at least I will keep trudging through. It's sure a heck of a lot easier than getting life to give me a full day of rest.
