Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

I bought Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer last night when I was in town and watched it on my computer last night. Good movie. My only regret is not realizing until after I had watched it that I had not got the one with deleted scenes. I'd meant to get the copy with the deleted scenes on it. Ah well, I am still very happy with the movie and glad I added it to my collection.

I'm not going to give away any of the plot for the movie, but I will say that as a longtime fan of the Fantastic Four that read the comics when I was a kid I was very happy to see that the second movie did not suffer the fate of so many second movies (Highlander 2, Star Trek 2, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom... you get the idea). Rather than be a movie that I want to bury as not part of the series, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is in my humble opinion just as good as the first Fantastic Four movie.
