I have started into that South Beach Diet thing that everyone's heard about for years now. I was always kind of put off by the name of the thing, but got the book for a decent price the other day so decided "what the heck?"
I've been reading it and it is actually making a lot of sense on what the book is talking about on diet trends and what is good for you and what is not. It is not easy right now giving up my couple of slices of white bread toast as a part of my breakfast and low calorie snacks, but from the looks of what the book is saying the white bread is really bad for me. :-(
So, I'll give the diet a try and see how it works. Can't hurt anything by trying it out, huh?
