Daydreaming of a vacation home

I just spent a good part of the evening looking at listings for Wilmington NC real estate and daydreaming on getting something one day to use as a nice vacation home. I think it would be cool to have a nice vacation home on the East coast, somewhere that I can fly off to occasionally and spend some time with my friends that live all along the East coast of the United States.
