No fly batteries?

I heard on the news this morning that the FAA is going to be restricting batteries on flights, the ones like in cell phones and laptops. I only heard a few seconds of it just as the announcement was ending, but I will look it up and share more on what's going on, but the announcer did say that only ones that are not physically in a device will be affected, so no more carrying on a spare computer or cell phone battery from the sounds of it. I'll jump over to the FAA site and look this up, let you know what exactly it is that they are up to.
