Computers... got to love them

Have you ever noticed how people that are really good with computers and people addicted to drugs are both called users? It's funny really, and I do have this whole conspiracy theory style spiel for one of my friends on how there is an addictive radiation emanating from the monitor of computers. It makes me feel like I should be attending one of those drug treatment places. Stand up there in front of a circle of wide eyed nocturnal computer users and say "Hi, my name is Sandra, and.... I'm a *user*."

I have heard that you can get addicted to computer use. Can't say where I see a lot wrong with it really. I mean, it's safe, you can meet friends, I plan to do a lot of virtual traveling, and you can learn a lot. Especially if you shut the safety filters off on your search engine's image search and type in the wrong sequence of words. =-O (long story, but I'm never making THAT typo again!)
