As a small business owner, I am always interested in anything that might assist me in determining what I should be doing to help assure that my business continues to make me money in the years to come. So when I heard the term BPM, this desire I have to better how I work lead me to investigate just what BPM stands for.
BPM is business performance management. It is a method of consolidating information on a business using various sources to compose an overall look at the business's future. For a long time now I have been working on business plans that will be used to guide my websites, and am now thinking that I should look at how each can be improved by looking at the bpm for each of the websites. A BPM can help to consider various scenarios before they occur, so as I understand it I should be able to work out how the various ways of moving forward with my websites might affect the future of each site.
