Where did 2008 go?

I can't believe that it is already the end of summer. Where did the year go? It seems like it should be the start of spring, and yet here we are, first day of the Alaska State Fair. I swear that this year has just zipped past in a whirlwind that I had not even noticed barreling down on me. I think a lot of that can be blamed on the lousy weather, one rain storm after another all year, and on trying to both work on my business and helping my brother build a house. It just all made for a chaotic and very short year.
