9/11 ... time has passed, but we still remember

I'd like to offer up a moment of prayers for the memory of those who lost their lives on this day in 2001. Continued thoughts and prayers to their families. For me the day was quickly shadowed by the personal events that followed, my father suffered a major stroke on September 12th, so the events following 9/11 were lost in the closer to home events of caring for family.

I know one thing for certain, whatever the future holds for my family and the country, both will find the strength to carry on, to weather any hardships or disasters that might befall.

Time may have passed, days turned into weeks, which gave way to months and now to years, but we still remember. We still stand strong and we will carry on.
