Been having serious comptuer issues

I've been having some serious computer issues the past couple of days, so my efforts to keep up with my blogs were next to non-existent. I'm not sure if I have things resolved now or not, but my computer is at least working so I am trying to get as caught up as I possibly can before it does something dreadful.

I'm not sure just what it is that happened to it, but a few days ago it started restarting itself when I booted up in the morning, just a repeated cycle of start, and restart and restart. Sometimes it got as far as the desktop, sometimes it restarted before it made it that far. Sometimes I would think it had started right only to have it suddenly restart after about five minutes.

I tried setting it back to previous points, but that didn't work, so now I have done a complete reload of the operating system and have to rebuild the things I had on the computer. It's cleaner than it was when I first bought it even, since it was previously rented when I bought it. lol
