Desktop PC on its way home

I am feeling both elated and disappointed that I will be getting my desktop back soon.

According to the information on the tracking stuff I have, my desktop computer left the HP facility in Louisville KY today. No one ever called me about my request to see if they could install a multi-monitor card for me, which is very disappointing to me. I was really hoping that they would be able to install one for me while they had it there working on it anyway rather than me take it to a place here to get one installed and having to ship it back to HP *again* if that Code Purple stuff cropped up again after installing the multi-monitor card.

As long as they are good about helping me out with fixing that should it crop up again in the future it's all good, but if they blew me off on installing the card so it's tattooed to the system and then later won't retattoo the thing for me I am going to be annoyed.
