I called HP on Monday about the Code Purple problem that my desktop computer suffered from. They recognized the trouble right off and after talking to a tech for a little while they said that they would send me a FedEx box to ship them the computer in, they will fix the trouble and ship the computer back to me - all free of charge to me. Which is a HUGE relief for me. I am under more than enough stress right now without having to stress out over my computer being all messed up.
The box to ship it back to them arrived on the FedEx truck today, so I guess by the time I get it all packaged back up it will probably be next Monday before it can be picked back up. The box came from Jefferson IN, which I guess is probably where it'll be going back to. I haven't opened it yet to check on that though.
