Working on websites

I've been trying to work on getting my websites all caught up by the end of the year, then I realized that even before I get that done, I am going to need to go back through and remove the Holiday themes from those that have them. :::pounds head on desk::: My solution that I have come up with for that is to set up a basic theme that works across all my blogs that lets me change just a bit of code and the whole thing changes to a new theme for whatever holiday is upcoming.

Out of all of my sites I want most to get my family caregiver site set up to be fully interactive with visitors, but I am having some trouble deciding what all is within my time and sanity levels to maintain. I long ago ruled out any thoughts of setting up any kind of helpful 800 number that people could call for help, but I am thinking I might incorporate something in the line of a shoutbox help center where someone that is having a hard time can shout out at the site for help or information and hopefully get reasonably quick responses from other visitors that might know the answer or sympathize with the person's situation.

I think if I can get at least my Family Caregiver Information site working how I want it to by the new year I will be happy, but that is going to be difficult just getting that one working right simply because of the "should I make it like this or like that?" hesitation I have with sites. I just need to write out what I want the thing to accomplish and stay with that goal in mind.
