Went over to the DMV and got the boat registered so that me and dad can take it out onto the lake this summer. Forgot that I needed to get the trailer registered as well, so still have to get that done. I also have to get the boat all fixed up and ready for riding around on the lake, maybe add in a canopy style cabin that can shade dad from the sun since he shouldn't have too much sun anyway.
I need to clean the boat all out and make sure that it is in good operating condition, then I want to take it up to the lake, cruise out a bit, and hand control over to dad. He might now be able to drive a car, but he can drive his boat around the lake still.
