Sunburn still hoits

Two days after I went hiking in sleeveless shirt and I am finding out that rather than getting better, sunburns tend to get more touchy and tender. Both shoulders are very red at the moment, and hurt when pressed on. Which is any time I help my dad up. Or when I try to lay down since I like to sleep on my sides. Not too bad, but definitely a noticeable ow.
