Time to relax and enjoy a day of not having to do anything aside from getting my work done. I even slept in late today, did not get up until noon. I have been trying to get into the habit of waking by 8 or 9 in the morning, usually getting up somewhere around 10 when I end up staying awake too late the night before.
My goal is to get up at around 4 in the morning, which means I need to stop going to sleep around midnight to 2 a.m. and start going to bed around 10 p.m. instead. That would only be 6 hours of sleep, not the recommended 8 hours of sleep, but as it is I get up all through the night anyway, so I am hoping that 6 hours of semi-continual sleep, plus a couple of one hour naps, will be as good as the rest I am getting already.
I think I would be better off with more days when I have nothing to worry about and nothing to do.
