Fencing the yard

Today I get to work on fencing in the yard. Not exactly my favorite project, particularly when I don't have everything that I need to do it properly.

I am currently trying to decide what the finished fence should look like, so that I do not have to do this all over again in the spring. I would much rather design the whole thing out so that when I put the fence up I install it where that style of fence will go in the finished design. I would much rather put it up once than to put it up and take it down and put it up again over and over. So, since I have I think four different styles of fences from chain link to picket, I need to sort out where they fit in the finished overall look of the yard.

That means that I need to plan out the layout for the fence, decide what I have on hand, and work from what I have to create the fence that I will have in a few years.
