One of the problems with living in Alaska is that the rest of the country, particularly the Eastern and Southern States, have no concept of the time in Alaska. I got a call this morning at 7:30 in the morning from a company that had they not been one that I needed to talk to anyway would have got a very snarly reception to having woke me up in the wee hours of the morning.
The bad ones are the ones in New York and other East Coast States that call at the start of their work day. 8 a.m. might seem like a good time to make calls to them, but that is 4 a.m. here in Alaska. Those ones get no understanding.
