Collaboration

I have got to be a bit spoiled with the collaboration work I have been doing on the novel I have been working on with a friend, which has me wanting to look into more collaborative work stuff for working together. This has lead me to look into programs and platforms such as Microsoft Office Sharepoint and similar stuff, that allows for collaboration on documents and websites and in particular novels in progress.

I had never tried any of the online collaboration platforms until my co-writer suggested one because of problems she had with her computer, now I can not imagine why we had never used such things before in our writing efforts. It makes things so much easier to have a central point from which we can access things and work toward our goal without having a copy on my computer and one on hers and never knowing who's is the more updated copy.
