One of the problems with always being deprived of getting decent amount of actual rest, is that on those rare occasions when you do come close to getting a decent level of sleep the only thing you want to do is go back to sleep and stay there.
I got a good amount of sleep this afternoon when my dad took a long nap, and now I am just wanting to collapse on the sofa and go to sleep. Need to figure out some way to be more focused when I am awake, even if I can't get enough sleep. Although, yes, more sleep would be better - it's not much of an option for me.
