Back to dieting

I've started a new diet this week and I have come to a conclusion.

It is not easy to sort out the right path to follow for the best results.

Some diets say high this, or low that, others say the opposite. Some say you must count calories, others say no calorie counting. It can get dizzying.

With all of the various diets and exercise plans available, not to mention all of the nutritional supplements, fda approved diet pills and gadgets and gizmos and everything else they have on the market -- it can be a truly dizzying affair to try to sort out just how to approach a new diet.

I'm going to just stumble my way through it and do the best I can to keep on track and exercising at least three to four days a week.
