First attempt at embroidered design

Well, here it is, my first effort to create an embroidered design where I started from a basic idea, sketched it out in pencil, inked it in with art pens, scanned it into the computer where I then converted it into a embroidery file and finally sent it through to the embroidery machine to be embroidered onto lightweight sweater material for creating a design on a lightweight sweater I am attempting to piece together from scratch... without a pattern.

Not too bad for a first attempt, but I kind of think my sled dogs ended up looking a little weird. I'll have to do some more practice on getting an image from sketch to embroidery pattern.
