Jell-O partners with The Joker?

I have been seeing these new commercials out from Jell-O as part of their latest marketing campaign and I'm not sure what to make of them. You've probably seen them, they tell you to "get your pudding face on" and show people that display signs of having ate Jell-O pudding as having this huge smile. The overly exaggerated frozen smile can not help but make me think of the old Batman nemesis known as The Joker, who left his victims with this huge over exaggerated smile on their face.

So, it makes me wonder... has Jell-O partnered with The Joker in their new advertising campaign? It looks to me like one of those marketing plans that needed a bit more planning before it was implemented.
