See who's knocking before you flush the toilet

I noticed a news article today that says that the Supreme Court has granted police the right to enter a residence without a warrant if they have cause to suspect that drugs or other evidence might be being destroyed.

According to the news article, the police have the authority to perform forced warrantless entry if they hear a commotion or the flushing of a toilet inside a residence they have knocked on the door of and have due cause to suspect that drugs or evidence might be being destroyed inside.
