Exhaustion Setting in Early at Night

For the past week now I have been more than ready to fall asleep by 8pm, then end up working until after 11 so that by the time I make it to bed it is well past midnight, usually closing in on 2am. It's starting to take its toll on my concentration so that I seem to be getting a lot less done during the day than I know I should be. Definitely time to start sleeping by 10pm if at all possible during the week so that I am not completely exhausted every day.

I should also limit my coffee, which is the only way I made it through today. I did manage to get rebuilt today so that it is a social site for ATV riders in Alaska. That has me happy and feeling like I at least accomplished something today.
