Keylogger software - when is it okay to use it?

You know, I keep hearing about keylogger programs and I have to admit that I first thought about shady programs that sneak onto your computer and send information back to slackers that want to find out what your credit card numbers and online passwords are. Then I did a bit more looking into such things. I can see now where keylogger programs have very real, and very needed, uses. From protecting children from on-line predators, to helping companies keep their employees working rather than goofing off on the Internet or in chat rooms, the keylogging programs have places and times when it is excusable to use them.

Whether you have a small business, or you want to help keep your children safe from predators when they are online, a keylogger program might be something you should consider. By using keylogging software you can monitor e-mails, instant messages, websites, and more. Find out if your child is talking to someone that might be trying to harm them or monitor what websites they visit and what they do while on those sites.
