Windy in Valley, messing up plans to plant trees

There have been high winds in the Valley on and off today, has the trees whipping back and forth outside and keeps knocking over the poor lilac in its bucket. I was trying to plant the lilacs, even got three of the four planted, but as windy as it is out there at the moment I am going to hold off on getting the last one planted and will plant the tree later on after the wind has died down some.
