The Co-operative Bank, a part of The Co-operative Group, the UK's largest consumer co-operative, would like to invite you to take a look at the credit card offers they have. The Co-operative Bank offers customers a wide range of personal credit cards including ones for travel and affinity credit cards. Details on the credit cards they offer can be found at their website.
One credit card that caught my attention was their travel credit card which offers card holders travel reward points redeemable against all transactions with Travelcare. But the card that I find the most fascinating, and wish we had something like it in America, is their Help The Aged credit card.
The Help the Aged credit card is a charity credit card that at the time of this writing donates £15 to Help The Aged for every account opened, plus another £2.50 if the account is used within six months of having been opened. After that every £100 spent using the card or transfered to the card sends another 25p to Help the Aged. This is a wonderful way to help out a charity such as Help the Aged and they are not the only charities that the Co-operative Bank has charity credit cards for - they also have cards to help charity organizations such as GreenPeace, Amnesty International, and Save the Children - as well as many others.
Eligibility requirements for Co-operative Bank credit cards are detailed on their website and include the applicant must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of the UK. For more information visit www.co-operativebank.co.uk
