Have you seen those new Fly Fusion Pentop Computers? They are targeted for kids age 8 and older, but I can see where it would be a great tool for a writer to use for outlining a novel or taking quick notes on a story they want to write.
The pens need a special kind of paper to work, which costs about $8 a tablet, but I think if it works as well as the reviews I have been seeing then it would be worth that to me for the paper. I just wonder if you can go back over your own writing with the thing or if it requires a clear place on the page to pick up the letters right. It seems to be that it reads bumps on the paper, so I am hoping you can write over top of where you have already written. That would add a LOT of use to each tablet you bought.
I really want to get my hands on one of them Fly Pentop Computers to test out for writing. It would be so very cool for working on stuff since I can outline my novels a lot better longhand, but then I hate having to type that all in.
I’ve heard that JK Rowling writes her Harry Potter novels longhand on legal pads then types them in. Can you imagine all the work a Fly Pentop Computer would save on something like that?
I want one! LOL
