Trans Alaska Pipeline at Glennallen

I was looking at my map and realized I had bypassed something I want to get the chance to see on my way to the Tok Cutoff - I had bypassed Glennallen, which is one of the points where you can see the Trans Alaska Pipeline above ground level. The following map shows where the pipeline runs along - the blue line marks the above ground stretch of the pipeline. The blue balloon marks the highway T in Glennallen. The pipeline goes under the Glenn Highway, but I'm pretty sure there is access to the roads that parallel the pipeline for people to pull off the Glenn and see the pipeline where it is above ground.

Me and my sister went and stopped off at a pullout area one time and looked at the pipeline. It's a really kewl sight to see and well worth taking a look at if you are visiting Alaska.
