Moving things about - where to put the fireplace

I'm in the process of getting things moved around in the house to get the heating system replaced, not exactly an easy task when it is just me working on it, but it is going much faster than one might expect it to.

My current dilemma is how to get the large Amish fireplace style electric fireplace out of the living room and into dad's bedroom at the back of the house. I can move it, no problem, but I'm not sure if there is going to be room for it back there or not. I would LOVE to put it in the basement, but I know I could never get it down the stairs. Might put it in the office instead, use he top as a book case maybe? I like that scheme, but I would prefer it in the library or dad's room.
