No NaNoWriMo this year for me

I was thinking I would do the National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) this year, but I have since reconsidered that plan. I had been thinking that it would be a good exercise in world building to help flesh out a world in a novel that I've been working on, however, I have decided not to participate in NaNoWriMo this year, and instead focus on smaller writing projects and more basic world building in the time that I would have spent on trying to participate in NaNoWriMo.
