Unfocused

I am having one of those days where everything seems to be going sideways wrong and I can't focus on anything I need to do. It is frustrating in ways that I can not even begin to describe. I want to work, I want to write on the novel I am writing, but there is this underlying stress level that I can not shake that refuses to let me work in peace. I swear that it is driving me insane,
