Warmer Climates Look Nice in the Winter

Sitting freezing in the house in the middle of winter certainly made it seem appealing to go looking for somewhere warm to live. A nice sunny beach in California or maybe down Florida way? Shoot, I would have been happy with just finding a place where I could pick up some good leads on empty lots and then look into mobile homes for sale that I could move onto the property. It would not be the first time in my life I lived in a mobile home, and middle of winter in Alaska, a nice mobile home in a warm area starts to sound REALLY appealing.
